Seeing the Future - 3D Visualization for Sales Enablement
After several successful expansion efforts on the Givens Estates campus, the Asheville, NC senior living community embarked on a new endeavor with its Friendship Park Neighborhood expansion. Already in a highly-desired destination setting, deposits on the new independent living hybrid apartments were going strong until the COVID-19 pandemic began to slow the economy. With rules in place to mitigate the spread of the virus, Jeanne LaRoe, Director of Marketing at Givens Estates elected to elevate her team's sales tools.
"When faced with COVID-10 restrictions, we quickly needed to provide our sales team with virtual tools to help prospects visualize the Friendship Park expansion project," says Jeanne LaRoe. "Since they were no longer able to visit the community, attend a presentation, and tour, prospects were relying on a distant webcam view of the site to understand the building positions and relationship to existing structures."
A major question that needed to be answered was the location of these buildings on the campus so prospects could understand access to the rest of the community. To solve this problem, we contracted a drone pilot to execute drone photography of the building site while providing some contextual campus elements within the shots. The drone images laid the foundation for the story-telling and allowed 3D visualization components to be placed into the image seamlessly. The video above gives you a much better understanding of the process. The end result for Givens Estates - two outstanding 3D composite images and one superb rendering that showcases the building in all it's magic-hour glory. Sales tools that will help to shorten the sales cycle and enable the Givens Estates sales team to help prospects become residents!
Jeanne added, "The Vectre was ready and more than able to provide the guidance and expertise we needed to get the job done. Now our sales team is able to share with prospects several images of the site with a 3-D virtual image of the completed buildings. Prospects can see where their balcony is positioned, how the buildings are positioned on the site, and the relationship of the new buildings to existing structures. It’s as if the buildings are already there!" Learn more about the Friendship Park Neighborhood at Givens Estates.
