The Vectre Partners with Senior Living Foresight

The Vectre has partnered with Senior Living Foresight, a media publishing site dedicated to improving senior living care delivery by helping operators and providers increase occupancy, reduce turnover, and create culture. Steve Moran, the publisher behind Senior Living Foresight, and his team of content professionals serve as industry thought leaders. Steve's extensive experience as an operator and developer of senior living communities of all sizes fuels a portion of his perspective. The content on the Senior Living Foresight website is meant to be provocative by questioning the status quo.

And much of the status quo has changed and will continue to change in 2021 as a result of COVID. One of those changes is in the sales process for senior living communities. We’ve partnered with Senior Living Foresight because we want to tell our story about YourTour, our new personalized virtual sales enablement platform for senior living communities. The first article from Senior Living Foresight titled, “The Virtual Tour That is Better Than the Real Thing” was recently published to introduce YourTour to the senior living industry.

We believe YourTour will be a valuable sales tool to get in the hands of senior living sales and marketing professionals as they evolve their sales process in an effort to maintain sales momentum with a lengthened sales cycle for a senior living prospect. Our goal is to help reduce the conversion path from visitor to resident - or The Vectre as we call it. With the average number of touchpoints for senior living prospects approaching 30 unique touches, we believe we can shorten that timeline and make the sales process more personalized and more efficient.

Recent research from Epsilon specifically indicates “80% of consumers are more likely to make a purchase when brands offer personalized experiences.” Our number one initiative with the YourTour platform is to personalize the sales process, allowing sales counselors to guide the prospective resident through a very complex process in order to hone in on the right solution for each particular person. We know motivators including cost, lifestyle, fear of change, and biologically-proven slower decision-making for older adults affect the sales process.

Because of these elements, and others, we believe the senior living sales process might be the toughest job in sales. We also believe there hasn’t been much innovation, outside of recent CRM enhancements, to empower senior living sales counselors with the technological tools they need to help personalize and advance the sales process. We think the timing is perfect to introduce our platform to the market. That’s why we are excited to launch our partnership with Senior Living Foresight as one of the first opportunities to tell our story.
