Innovation for the Depositor Experience Leads to Collaboration

The Vectre and BlueFingerprint are excited to announce an initial collaboration between the two companies to allow a more streamlined sales and residence personalization approach for new development projects through both the YourTour platform and the BlueFingerprint platform. Our two teams were challenged by a mutual client to create a better, more seamless sales and finish selections experience for depositors.

Through 3D visualization elements provided by architectural and/or 3D visualization partners, integration of these assets intoYourTour can assist sales teams to set appropriate depositor expectations and formulate finish palette preferences at a designated point within the development timeline. Sales teams can begin to manage finish palette preferences as part of YourTour’s focus on personalization. BlueFingerprint can be accessed to record preferences and direct depositor feedback much earlier than traditional community engagements.
